Major Lithuanian Refinery Turnaround to Stretch Over 35 Days with 107 Contracts Signed
JOHANNESBURG--May 9, 2012--Written by Richard Finlayson, Senior International Editor for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The turnaround program at the Orlen Lietuva (OL) refinery in Mazeikai, Lithuania, which started some years ago, is now reaching a climax with 50 different modernization and maintenance projects to be implemented over a period of 35 days, ending in the first week of June. The last turnaround was conducted in 2007, but its scope was not as large as the current program.
