FCCU at PDVSA's El Palito Refinery Remains Offline After Power Outage
CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--July 21, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA), Venezuela state-owned oil company, has been unable to restart its 70,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) after the entire 140,000 BBL/d El Palito refinery was affected by a power outage on July 15, 2010.
